This is regarding order # OD[protected].
I received this order on 21st Mar and there is 1 item missing. The item which is missing is Duke kaju cookies, which cost me re. 1 after adding certain amount of items in my order. I added few items which were on bit higher rate then on other shopping portals. But I thought if I get that 1 re. Offer then it will balance the average price. You have not delivered the item which was balancing the kart price, now I am in loss.
Let's say: I am selling you an item 'A' for 100 rs and saying buy this item from me and I will give you item 'B' for 5 rs. You know that 'A' is available in market on 80 rs and item 'b' on 40 rs. So you thought ok, if I will buy these products from this vendor the total cost (rs. 105) will be less than from other vendor(rs 120). But after purchasing if I will say that I am really sorry I cannot give you item 'b', but I can refund you 5 rs., what will be your reaction same is my reaction after hearing the same response from your customer care executives, they are saying that I will get refund of 1 rs. Is this justify in any way.
Whenever, I talked to your customer executives for this issue, they ALL were agreed with my point and agreed that I should get refund of 60 rs but they don't know how I will get my money back. I have recordings of all those conversations. If you want I can share all those recordings with you as well. Now, here is the issue:
I just want you to deliver that item or refund the actual amount i.e. 60 rs. Was this information helpful? |
