Terrible service by @flipkart. Delivers a @indiapoco f1 without a data cable and refuses to take return of the product and refund the amount. This is grossly extortion of money. I got a less than a perfect box delivered and have lost faith in the brand, so i want a refund. Why can't i get a refund when it is my hard earned money put forth for a imperfect box? #boycottflipkart Was this information helpful? | |
Jan 25, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 19, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is defective. We have interacted with the customer and tried raising a return request with the seller for the replacement of the product as refund not possible as per return policy of seller. But customer denied for same as needed only refund. Apologized and politely denied for same and closing the complaint from our end as we were unable to help much on this. Feedback has been noted for mishap.
