Flipkart — Missing Item in the box

Hi Team,

On the 8th of May, I purchased a Realme Buds Wireless 2 neckband, however, when it arrived, there was no neckband in the main package, and the package was broken from the outer side.
I immediately asked for a refund with a reason, and they stated they will pick up the empty box on May 11th, however, no one from Flipkart showed out to pick up the empty box, and I did not receive a refund.
They are just fooling me and asking me to share aadhar card details.
I'm not sure why you need those details, and if you want to double-check, come to my house and do so.
