I had a VERY BAD experience: a product with missing Items was sent, and only because I called them two days late, the customer care had an excuse that it is beyond 10 day replacement guarantee and they cannot help. It was a gift so I did not open it before giving it. I have been their customer for years now, and they have no value/respect for their customers. The customer service is also hopeless. I am sorry, but will NEVER shop again on flipkart. The cost of the missing jar is about 25% (Rs. 900 approximately) of the total product cost.
