Respected Sir / Madam,
I have recently placed an orde on Flipkart this February. They did actually delivered order with missing items. The actual items were 25+ but they had just delivered two of it.
When enquired the support, they asked me to raise a return request but now are asking me to provide my ID proof details of Aadhaar or Voter ID to verify my account to proceed further for return process failing to provide the details with results will lead to non return of my order.
I don't understand as a company why don't they ask such informations when they deliver to the customers, instead they force us to provide such details when we look for replacement or refund.
It didn't make any sense and they also say they will provide these details to third party to verify my identity and then will pick up my return and proceed for the refund.
I am not comfortable revealing these details to Flipkart or to third party for this specific refund purpose as it looks like a.Spam and don't wish proceed with this.
Kindly help me resolve this issue at the earliest for me please..
