[Resolved] Flipkart — Missing Items / Products | |
We had ordered 5 units of “Kaspersky Internet Security 3PC 1Year”. But we received only 1 unit.
Flipkart is just not trying to resolve the issue. We have done payments for all the 5 units. Received the Receipt for 5 units but when we opened the parcel was only 1 unit in it. (According to your policy we are not allowed to open the parcel until payments are done_ in such cases who will take the responsibility of losses???)
Since then there are so many mails and calls sent to you asking for a proper resolution.
We see there is no responsibility taken from flipkart's end for the product. We had purchased the product from flipkart website and we paid to flipkart.
All the things are be pushed on to the seller & the buyer. we are informing that we have not received the ordered units & seller claims that they have delivered all the units.
