My product oppo reno 6 was delivered on 04/10/2021 that delivered item was missing in the package or empty packet. when i had opened that box was found filled with stone and i had raised a complaint in
flipkart. After complaints raised time was given for resolution on 18/10/2021 but that request was rejected by
flipkart.
Again I've raised complaint for missing product in
flipkart. agin time given by
flipkart for resolution on 19/10/2021 but that request also reject by
flipkart.
Again I had raised complaint for missing product in
flipkart. agin date given by
flipkart on 21/10/2021 that complaint also rejected by
flipkart.
Again I've complaint for same but upto 4th complaint not given positive response from
flipkart and again date given by on 25/10/2021 that request also reject.
Again given date by
flipkart that date is 30/10/21.
Today i tried to talk about my missing product status but from morning to afternoon not response from
flipkart approx 12:50 am i received a call from
flipkart. their customer support executive is telling your account is in block list than I had ask for missing product he is simply telling I can't help you due to your account is block.
Again i asked why my account is blocked. He is telling i dont know I am Forwarding complaint for that and will update after 21/10/2021.
Your account is blocked that's why i can't able to check your complaint. and i can't able to help right now. I'll update about your request after 21/10/2021 I'll check and call back from my side
I'm continue waiting from 04/10/21 to till date and I want resolution from
flipkart for missing product ASAP.
And also please let me know why my account is block listed.

Updated by Niraj.kumar many times i request for resolution but your team not touched me. and simply messaged me your request resolved successful and we hope you are happy with resolution. but upto till date my missing problem resolution not provided by
flipkart team. what are you doing there why irritate me. why fake message me
