[Resolved] Flipkart — Missing product for prepaid order | |
My friend Simran Preet Kaur had made a purchase on October 2nd 2020 of a Parker ball point pen, it was delivered on 3rd Oct but I didn't receive any product inside the package, it was a tampered packet with no product inside it .All I received was a invoice bill inside the box and nothing else. I tried raising complaint and it got rejected twice after which I was asked to send a id proof, I've sent my original id proof of govt adhar card both front and back pics, hoping that it will be resolved soon within 24hours .But I'm highly disappointed with your resolution today even after all this time, again you rejected my refund request . To mention it was a prepaid order of amount Rs .341 with order id - OD[protected]. Even now I think flipkart is customer centric who would try to resolve the customers issues without any further problems regarding this .All I need is a refund of my order which I paid for and received nothing in return.
