Order id-od[protected] Product-jbl bluetooth speaker. Sub - missing product. Respect sir, Missing product. Packet k ander product nahi mila. 22 days over ho gaye but koi refund or replacement nahi mila. Many time fake promise kiya but issue resolve nahi hua hai. Verified Support Nov 24, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer issue is he purchased JBL Flip 3 Blue Splashproof 16 W Portable Bluetooth Speaker, but when he received the product was missing. So interacted with customer regarding the same. as per our update the product was intact at the time of delivery. So requested the customer share the ID proofs to further action but he is not supporting the same. Hence we are closing the issue from our end. Flipkart ka fault hai. bad mein missing product Milne se customer kui ID denge. its not logic. I contest. I can't share Government ID anymore. It's my privacy n write. Flipkart ka profile Create korne k samay kui ID nahi liya? bad mein issue create hone se customer kui ID denge n personal information kui share korenge? It's not logic. Already 27 days complete immediately issue resolve .
