With reference to the subject cited above and Order ID - OD[protected] regarding Tupperware classic 1000ml, I am filing a complaint that my above item was not received by me or my neighbours but marked delivered in my Flipkart account. I have contacted the Flipkart support team but from their end also they have informed me that the delivery person has delivered the item to me. Ekart Logistics - FMPP[protected]
On 27th October, delivery agent called me at around 7 pm but since I have given my office address I have already left my office at that time so he could not delivered but he asked for my mobile number. I don't know what for he asked for my number but I just gave it to him. I thought that he will deliver on Monday the 30th October but till now I have not received it.
This is the first time that I'm facing this issue after so many years of purchasing from flipkart. I request you to kindly look into the matter seriously as there may be something wrong with the delivery agent and maybe it will affect other customers also who have done prepaid order from flipkart. If possible kindly provide the mobile number of the delivery agent so that I can contact him personally or maybe can I get a refund so that I can order a new one.
