Flipkart — Mobile Camera Issue

I bought MOTO E-2nd generation mobile phone through flipkart on 11.05.2015.As soon as I received the mobile, I found that there is camera issue in my mobile.Then I contacted Customer Care number and explained about this 4 to 5 times. Inspite of my repeated followup there was no response.So kindly resolve the problem and give me solution immediately.my order No:OD[protected].Registered Number [protected].
