My order ID OD[protected]. I have purchased Moto C Plus on 24/09/2017. The mobile charging is not working and I have taken it to the service centre, they have refused the request by saying that the serial no. is not authorised and it is not the product of India. I want help asap.
Please consider it urgent as my work is suffering a lot due to non availability of handset.
