[Resolved]  Flipkart — Mobile defect in Moto G2, request rejected first and delaying now

Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased Moto G2 mobile from flipkart with order ID - OD[protected] I found later that there is a white spot of thumb size at the lower right corner which can be seen only in white screen after removing the logo screen guard. I have requested for return. Next day, I got call from Flipkart and they rejected the requesting by providing a solution (to download and check with software app- dead pixel defect and fix) before even resolving the issue. Immediately I opened another request. Next day I got the call. I informed that I tried the solution and issue is not resolved. It may be a hardware issue. They told me that He will arranged another call and will get call next day. I tried calling[protected] or[protected] for two days, no body picked or responded my call. Today, I received an SMS saying They tried to contact me but could not reach. I call back them, no response. Clearly, they are cheating me, trying to delay the service of 30 days return policy. Also, looks like they don't have Moto G2 stock as Moto G3 rolled out. I purchased recently. Please help me in resolving this issue and kindly investigate as well as take necessary action for this fraud to customer.
