[Resolved]  Flipkart — Mobile delivery not on time as per order sheet

Dear Sir/Madam I order mobile Nokia Lumia 1520 black ordered on 6th-April-2014 and paid amount Rs.39850/-, as order sheet no OD[protected] will deliver on 12th-April-2014, am doing follow up from 11th-April-2014 and getting promise that will deliver in 24 hours but not yet delivery... i send complain email on Saturday (12th-April-2014) but not feed back from Flipkart.. they have all the rules regulation for customer but no rule or condition that if company delay to delivery order than what will be penalty will pay by company to customer for harassment. I like to request what i suppose to do to get claim from Flipkart and what is the possibilities to change rule and regulation for online business company if the delay in delivery... as company decide the delivery date not customer so company must deliver order on time.
