[Resolved] Flipkart — Mobile device replacement | |||
I bought a HTC desire 816g mobile from flip kart, there was end no. of issues with the first product i received than i complained they said they will send a replacement which they did, they promised me that the replacement they will send would be quality checked and better but the product they send is damaged and nothing is working fine with the device, i complained again to flip kart and they are not able to send me a replacement or refund my money back instead they are asking me to go to a HTC service center, which is not a policy of flip kart 30 days replacement or refund.I just need the refund now, fed up with flip kart and the way the representative speak to a customer. Literally was behaving like i have done something wrong and ordering me to go a service center. I have paid full amount to get the phone and now i don't have a phone to use. Please help me.
