[Resolved] Flipkart — mobile heat up and poor battery backup with hanging problems | |||||
I bought 2 mobiles for me and my wife and delivered on 27/7/17. I called customer care of flipkart but they denied. And said to contact service centre. Since my delivery date as per their answer is 21/7/17. So please kindly have fare so that no other can get disturb economically and emotionally since we are dependent on mob in today's scenario. And gets tremendously poor touch screen and hangs up. Please whom so ever i need justice. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Aug 09, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, as per the policy, customer have to request return within 10 days after the product got delivered, to action further. Customer came with the issue after the replacement policy. Hence given the service center details, customer can get in touch with the ASC. Hence closing the case from our end.
