I had Ordered IPhone Se Model Mobile phone on 04 july 2021 of ₹ 32999 on Cash on delivery from Flipkart
Which deliver is Different Product
I have received Cheap Brand Smart watch

When I inform there Customer Support team, I was asked to wait and share the Id proof with Consent Letter for FIR Report.
I am Shared all details on time
But they are ignore my emails Several times.
No Any one Respond my Email or Calls

Finally I have Received One Email on 13 September 2021 My Account is Blocked
Due to High numbers Of Returns
After Contact flipkart has Respected Same Lines and has Not take own Responsibility

SO IF POSSIBLE PLEASE HELP ME OUT AND SOLVE THIS CASE BY FLIPKART

Sir, Contact to Flipkart Head department and discuss about my issue Why Flipkart has Not Arrange Return pick up with in Return Window Or 2months ? Why Flipkart hast not Take strictly Action on my issue ? I am still waiting lasst 2months Approx, but their are not Respond on my Several Emails After Contact you, 1 Message has received by Flipkart on this platform . But Before no one has Respond My Emails or Calls I Request you please help me out this Case and provide my Refund from Flipkart .. I lost. My pateince or Trust to Flipkart Service ..

Aand also I sent Alternate Details on the time within 48 Hours

I have Full Proofs of All Conversation About this Issue .
I told Flipkart Escalation Department

IF Flipkart are not able to Arrange pick up Delivery
Than Deduct the Amount of deliver Smart watch
Which Price is Approximately₹ 2000

And Refund Back My Rest Amount

Flipkart had assured me t
That I would not lose any rupees,
Yet I has Faced to mental torture to Last 60 Days or More.
While I am their plusmembership Customer

Now Flipkart wrote in the Email that
if I want to Return
Then I can create Return from their link.
But how can I create any Return

when my account is blocked by Flipkart.

I Request to the consumer court to get my money Refunded
Because Flipkart has given me a mentally harrased to the last several months.

I also I sent Alternate details on Time within 48 hours

But Due to Flipkart Technical Errors, Details has not Update.
After that Emails
Continually I sent many Emails on there Escalation Department

But No One has Respond My Several Emails
I have an Proof With All Conversation.

I told there team earlier,
If you are not able to Arrange pick up than deduct the amount which Amount is Approx lately ₹2000

And Back My Refund of My Rest Money

But No One has Respond My Email
Lastly I tried to contact consumer court
