[Resolved] Flipkart — mobile issue | |||
Dear we was purchase 6 month before karboon A50 mobile may be 3200 for our Flipkart services. 31 day replacement warranty. 1 year manufacturing warranty & 6 month in box accessary . but some issue in my mobile automatically switch off & on . i was going in vashi gallary with bill and also flipkart bill but they people not accepting my complient. they people told me we are not accepting mobile without cover box . i have not mobile box . but i have bill and flipkart bill also so please suggest me what i do for this issue Was this information helpful? | |||

I have bought a asus zenfone 5 phone from Flipkart. but the handset i got has so many problems in it. Very first day the phone is getting hanged & i have to reboot the phone so many times. It has heating issue & network problem also. Flipkart is making so many promises for this phone but the the brand is not worth to sale.
