We have purchased mobile (Lenovo K3 Note) from Flipkart on 11 Sept 2015. There was problem in the mobile (WIFI, Auto rotation, Display light is low after snaps, Auto shut down, battery backup problem) we have speak at your call center (Lata & team leader Himanshu) are confirm to replace the mobile, after getting the new stock. You are request to needful on this matter.

Spoke with the customer as he is saying that he can't able to download the smart check application as the phone is getting restarted automatically so informed to customer that we will give the refund as the product is not in stock as customer wants a mail regarding the reverse pick up and the refund tat.
