Flipkart — Mobile missing Empty box delivered instead oneplus nord ce 2 lite and refund rejected avoiding big scam

Ordered Oneplus Mobile amount 19739 delivered Empty box complete item missing. I contacted they created return yesterday but today return request rejected.
I belong a nuclear family now facing losses on ordering product through fraud e-commerce like flipkart take further action against this company and refunded my money.
I will go highcourt if needed until refund.
Demand for this Harassment on highcourt appel.
