Hi, I have ordered 2 times Moto X play from flipkart. first time they returned the money in flipkart wallet. Second time when I recived the Moto X play next day I faced the screen issue with phone. I called to cutomer care. I request them to replace my phone. or refund the money. they are saying you have to go customer care for this . I told him that I cant to service center as I am very busy with my work. they said very rudely that it's upto you. this is totally nonsense. now I am totally fedup with flipkart and online shopping kindly suggest. Now I will fight for refund money to get in my account not in wallet. They make customer fool. Wallet means they refund the money to wallet. Means money will keep to the vendor not to flipkart.
