[Resolved] Flipkart — mobile not delivered and without seller details verification flipkart selling products online | |||
Hi, I have ordered honor 9N mobile in flipkart and it supposed to be delivered by 22nd Oct 2018 (Monday). the delivery person called on 20th Oct 2018(Saturday)and upon discussion he said to deliver by 21st Oct 2018.But till now(28.10.2018), no response from the seller and we contacted the flipkart 3-4times and given alternate numbers 2times but no reaction from flipkart. At finally they said it will be prmosely delivered by 28.10.2018 7pm but flipkart showing out for delivery at 6pm in their app. When checking flipkart that they saying again wait for 2days and doesn't have seller contact details. Also they don't know that the product ll be delivered or not.. We have paid the amount and waiting. All this happen and thay saying ll escalate the issue in flipkart. So the product is not delivered, amount paid by us and without seller details and verification flipkart is registering as seller and selling products.
