I have purchased oppo f1s mobile on 21 of april 2017. There is some restart problem and running app issues. According to complain to flipkart a mobile engineer come and checked mobile he got fault in mobile. He said within 3days i will get new phone. After complaining a no. Of time flipkart executive are saying. Mobile engineer had not updated that mobile status. I have called to engineer he gave me a slip in that all reports was mention that fault in mobile. Now i have done no. Of call to flipkart but they are only saying wait for some tym. They not agree to return nor refund Was this information helpful? | |||||
