Description: My mobile did not turn on from 01st Aug 2022, I took the mobile to the service center for warranty service within the one-year period of the purchase date. I submitted the available bill and they denied it does have a date of purchase/invoice date in the bill.
Hence I raised a complaint with Flipkart with all these details, they raised a concern on the seller, and the seller accepted for a full refund of the product. The agent who came for the product pick up today is not accepting the pickup of the item since it is not turning on.
I am facing a lot of issues with Flipkart and they are not providing a proper timely response. I would like to escalate this to the consumer complaints. I have all the proofs available with me for your review,
