[Resolved] Flipkart — mobile- oppo f3 plus | |||||
Dear Flipkart, “A month back(16th Feb) I have ordered from our renowned flip kart Oppo f3 plus mobile, or I should say a defect piece of mobile which was having multiple issues like : a dent on the rare side ; the phone was heating too much while calling and while putting on charge, I Can’t add/merge calls, voice is echoing while call is put on hold, Battery issue. I requested and raised the issue a couple of time expecting promptness and assurance that it will be taken seriously and will get resolved soon, but I have got a cancellation of my request stating “we are unable to reach out to you (for which I have shared my alternative number)”. And every time reaching out to the customer care for the concern they have assured me with a technician visit, which never happened, though I have got few calls from technician in the odd hours and cancelling the request if asked him to come in working hours(its happed 3 time). From last one month I am into raising the request and Flipkart is into cancelling that request with a massage that “we will reach out to you”. And I am still here again with that defected phone and a raised request” And It surprised me that intimating them that if the problem will not be solved I do have nothing but to go for social media but again the solution I have got is “Please be assured, our team will get in touch with you shortly.” Genuinely I didn’t have expected this to a brand like Flipkart, Giving a fancy tagline to attract the costumer will not help but the service, which is defiantly lacking. I expect the concern will be taken into notice seriously, at-least this deserve to be sorted out after this much of follow-up. Now Flipkart people refusing to refund my amount.
