[Resolved] Flipkart — mobile order cancelled | |||
I ordered a mobile from flipkart. And the seller cancelled my order. When i raised a complaint with flipkart, they instead blocked my account saying i use my account to resale the products. This is absurd. Now i am waiting for my refund as i have already paid the amount and they have blocked my account. This is very unprofessional of flipkart. They should have consumer friendly polices. They seems to be running scams during festivals and offer period. I have attached all the screenshots related to the order. Was this information helpful? | |||
Dec 20, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 18, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that his account is blocked and order cancelled. We have interacted with the customer and informed customer that account is unblocked. Informed customer to place fresh order and revert with new order ID so that seller can honor the difference amount. Feedback noted for mishap. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
