[Resolved]  Flipkart — Mobile phone complaint

I order motorola c plus mobile phone on flipcart onlineshoppingand got it and it has 10 days replacement warranty. The phones touch sreen not working and i returned it. Then flip cart replaced it. Then the replaced phones wifi problem and 2nd day i try to return it. They are told no return option. I use phone only 1 day. What to do?

customer complained that touch screen is not working in replacement product. We interacted and requested to contact the brand as mention in the policy. customer agreed and closing the case.

I want to buy a mobile phone from Flipkart but there is a problem but there anyone officer is not responding exective are hold the call i want to talk with customer care executive so plzz i requested u connect the call with customer care executive
My flipkart has been deactivated.I would like to re-activate my account.My mobile and gmail are both linked to the flipkart account.I request you to solve yhis problem as soon as possible.

I ordered Moto C Plus but on the first day it gets restarted when I connect to my WIFI, I placed two request on Flipkart to replace the handset but both of them got rejected. Please help as I am unable to use my phone. I received my phone on 5th July and placed replacement on same day. However, Flipkart rejected it on 9th. Again I submit a new request for replacement but today again they rejected.

Don't know how to solve this issue. My phone doesn't seems to work.
