[Resolved] Flipkart — mobile phone heating up and not working well

I purchased moto e4 plus, but it gets heat up while charging and it's charger too. It git hanged up with screen dead but alarm was ringing it wasn't getting off as on & off button wasn't working as well. On top of the screen red light was beeping and while at that time it's wasn't getting charged up. The was ringing will everything else was not in function. Was this information helpful? Verified Support Dec 04, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We see that the product was delivered to you on (09th Nov) and as per the sellers 10 days replacement policy we can not initiate return. Request you to get in touch with the authorized service center.
