[Resolved] Flipkart — mobile phone not delivered

I have booked a mobile real me 2 pro on sale of[protected] at 7:28 am. The order number is od[protected]. It was about to dispatch on[protected] & delivery on[protected]. But as of now it was not shipped. I was made a complaint on[protected]. The representative escalated the issue & informed me to wait till[protected]. Today i got call & instructing to cancel the order & for rebooking. The product is not available at this moment. If it’s not delivered why they have not conveyed at very instant. Nov 28, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 22, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it. Verified Support Oct 27, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complain was he did not received the product on time so he cancelled the order so apologized and info given that seller will make sure this won't be repeated in future, customer agreed and refund timeline also given to customer and closed the complaint.

Hi team,

I have ordered the poly-cotton bed-sheets but they have delivered the polyester bed-sheets.In the delivered bed-sheets, it is printed as the polyester.I have attached the the screenshots..There is lats of differences between poly-cotton and polyester.
