[Resolved]  Flipkart — Mobile phone not working battery problem also

Dear sir

Moto x play phone is not working properly. Battery is also not providing proper back up. What's the procedure to return the mobile set to flipkart or any other remedy available. Invoice no : # chn_puzhal_[protected]. Battery not providing proper phone back up. Further, phone is very slow now these days. Please guide me next step to resolve the issue.

Mail has been to customer as customer was busy, the product is out of replacement and customer has to reach authorised service center

Yesterday I was ordered Sony earphones and I paid the amount via debit card. But, there is no order confirmation message and the cut the amount from my bank account. And, I called to customer care, they said, the order message will update within 1 hour or the money will send back to account
