Hi, my name is shivang sharma. I ordered a POCO m4 mobile from flipkart on 23rd of September. But as it was an exchange deal my old mobile phone could not qualify flipkart parameters for exchange, so that deal could not be done on 25th of september. Till next two days flipkart did not put this deal on cancel my app was still showing the product out for delivery. I called flipkart customer support, he cancelled this item on my behalf and told me to generate a refund that supposed to be reflected in my account till 30th sept 2022. But in my account only 100 rupees I got as refund. In this regard I have called more than 50 times to customer support they are repeating same that, "sir we have refunded your amount you need to go to your bank". I have submitted my account statement to flipkart still this matter is being delayed by Flipkart day by day.
I am a tough middle class daily worker can't afford to visit bank every time when flipkart say because I also have the same working days what banks have.
It is my request to flipkart to refund my 6158 rupees quick.
