I have bought a mobile phone for my sister as letter faced some technical issues in mobile i have requested for return with the return window they accepted it and they say the technician will visit once and they will take the return, first time technician visit done as per his suggestion the problem with device is not continues he has to stay with me whole day to identify the defect it was his statement also he suggested that after that if you face that issue again you can ask for another return request and as problem with device was continues i have requested for return again and customer service
executive created another return request and this time also he informed that there will be tech.visit done.
after one day i got a call from technician and he said he will visit today as i was not available at my home i request him to visit tomorrow he positively replied that no problem i will visit tomorrow but letter on he marked the visit successful and and rejected the return though he did not completed the visit.
i called the customer service to complaint this but every one just asking to wait for 24 hr. after trying to 3-4 times finally got a call from executive of flipkart and she said that return window is closed so seller is accepting the return but i have requested for return before return window get closed, then i asked her to transfer the call to senior supervisor then she disconnected the call.
i am tired of it now that order was gift for my sister on occasion of Rakhshabandhan and Flipkart is harassing us like this.
you are my last hope to make my sister happy on Rakhi festival,
