This moble have a problems of touch screen and mobile have not touch pen. So we are unable to use this mobile. So you are requested to you to replace this product or return our money. Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with customer father and said he is aware of the issue. Said product is having touch issue and he has not performed any trouble shooting steps. So requested to follow trouble shooting steps and if issue remains then call[protected] within 24 hrs. Customer agreed and closing the case from our end.
