[Resolved]  Flipkart — Mobile refund / exchange cheating

I have ordered Honor 9x pro mobile Order OD[protected] on July 8th, when i received my mobile it was already unboxed / not sealed, and the mobile screen protection cover is full of air bubbles .And the phone performance is too bad not able to use any basic apps . many apps are getting freezed and not working properly. even the browser version doesn't support many applications and signin problems persists. Not able to stream videos from video streaming sites . I have raised return request in the next 2 hours .
While buying the phone it was clearly mentioned 7 days return policy now the mobile is already out of stock to get a replacement. They doesn't except a return or an exchange for other phone .
I have raised a concern with flipkart help line and they said they will assign a technician by 13th even that is a long gap i agreed .now the technician visit changed to 17th July .i can't work in any way without my mobile. I blindly trusted flipkart services . I made several calls to flipkart and no one really helps.online services should make our process easy instead they are making very difficult to trust flipkart services again.
Is this a way you treat your customer when we are being genuine? An amount of 18K is very less for a gaint firm like flipkart, but it take us several months to get it saved and in the end we get cheated by a giant firm like flipkart.I cant use this phone in any way except for making calls .The least i expect is an exchange or a refund or the same amount which ever way i can again place another mobile in flipkart .
Hope someone understands my pain and helps me in a genuine way . Hoping flipkart people doesn't cheat their loyal customers.

Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your credit card before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care with the refrence number (046266) using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
