[Resolved] Flipkart — mobile replacement issue | |||
I have taken mobile from flipkart in october 3rd october. When i got mobile from first day i have complained that mobile is not good Got replacement after many follow ups Replacement mobile also having same issue I have been following up from 4 th nov till now no response when i called they are telling take to service center. Verified Support Nov 21, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was damaged. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been initiated on 15th Nov 2018 and will be completed on 26th Nov 2018. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
