Flipkart — Mobile Return Problem

Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased mobile in flipkart HTC Desire 526g+ Rs:10500 for EMI option, And my phone back case coating is removing within one week and hearing speaker is not working and always phone is hanging. So I choose the return option and send request for filpkart in (22/03/2015), and reply is our side (We will contact you by 23-Apr 07.00 pm to clarify your request. Please note your request will be accepted only if it falls within the flipkart return policy) But not come call Only received text in my mobile. And I call customer care he's saying tomorrow call, But don't come call for today also, I call everyday to customer care he's say same answer but no processing. So please check and solve this problem.
