Dear sir,
I purchased a mobile from flipcart portal for gifting purpose.
I ordered a mobile (Coolpad note 5 royal gold 32 gb, order no od[protected] on 23 sept & i received my delivery on 27th sept. I made my payment through card.
When i opened the mobile, i found that the sensor of this mobile are not working. There is option for sensor but the software is not there that why its not working.
Am also an engineer, i checked it properly but not working.
On 27th, i sent a request for returned/replacement. Flipcart give me a time slot for discussion on 28th.
I cleared all my issue to the caller but he is not agree on my points & he is force me that all are right on mobile with out checking any thing.
Without agree, he gave me the another date 30rd sept for discussion. On 30rd they call me, i hold the call more than 10 min but no one ready to talk to me.
Now again they give me the date 1st oct.
Mobile description clearly mentioned the availability of sensor but not working in the product.
I request, please arrange to return the product asap. My 100% unsatisfied with this product.
Am agree to buy another mobile/product against this purchase.
Please do the needful on priority.
