Sir or mam. I purchased moto e4 plus on aug12th 2017. Since then i have been facing software issues. I have downloaded numerous call recording apps and yet it fails to deliver its purpose &the phone hangs & switches off at times. I wanna exchange or return back the product and get full payment that i have made. Please do the needful. Your products are defective. Stop fooling customers by fake products and stupid ads you make.
