[Resolved] Flipkart — Mobile/Missing my product inside package | |||
Sir, i am Alok Pradhan. i had ordered a mobile Realme Narzo 50 A and 2 T-shirts, i got my product delivered on 14th october but inside the package i had received only two T-shirts not the mobile, that was a paper packet which is normally flipkart uses for garment items, that was very thin and only spaceable for two T-shirts not for any mobile, the thickness of packet was around 2 to 3 c.m . Inside the package i gotonly 2 tshirts along with mobile invoice copy means inside the box there was 2 tshirts and 2 nos. of invoice copy. but my mobile status was delivered, i had complained tonight about this to flipkart but still my issue has not been resolved, the concern team sent me a mail to share my ID proof, i had mailed them so many times but they are unable to receive the mail, ihad mailed on [protected]@flipkart.com but still my issue has not been resolved kindly solve, my issue quickly thank u Alok pradhan Was this information helpful? | |||
Oct 22, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved i have not received any calls or msgs or mails yet, and still my issue is nt resolved, kindly look back into mymatter Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 24, 2021 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
