[Resolved] Flipkart — mobile/not got product from flipkart because of their irresponsible service | |||||
Actually i have been placed order in 10 october from flipkart it was 14 oct. Is Promise date to deliver the product but unfortunately they couldn't reach the promises. I have been contacted customer support several time and they has raised compliant again this query but not resolved the problem every time they have made false promises to me that it ll get delivered by 20th oct or something like that but i waited for long time up to today[protected] after long time wait i got big shocking update from flipkart that my product is cancelled without being my permission or without any information today morning i got call from e kart delivery executive that he cancelled my order for some invalid reason i placed that order in exchange with other mobile. It was defective peace (Its their status) But fact of matter no one came and checked it simply they have been updated status like this. No response from customer support and i couldn't get same offer because its red mi note 5 pro mobile and from big billion day Was this information helpful? | |||||
