[Resolved] Flipkart — money debited from account, but no order is shown on my orders | |
I ordered two beds and two mattresses from flipkart yesterday. The sum of those amounting to 29000 was debited from my account. I have the the transaction id. But in the app or website i cannot see that the order has been placed. When i called the customer care executives, they told me that i will either get a confirmation mail or message in 24 hours, or they will initiate a refund in the same time. It has already been more than 24 hours. I have not received any responses from there end. Kindly look into the matter. This is a very disappointing experience. Was this information helpful? | |

Delaying refund from more than a week by M/s Flipkart is a big CRIME.
Longer delay in refund is not a customer's satisfaction on TOP PRIORITY being adopted by M/s Flipkart. This is VERY VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE.
