I tried ordering a product from flipkart on 27th Dec 2023 and paid Rs 3144 for the same but order was not confirmed and after much effort tracking the same with the flipkart team, I was told that money is stuck in gateway and should raise a ticket with my bank for refund.
I was told by my bank as per details below that money is already credited to Flipkart account and customer care are showing helplessness to refund this amount claiming they do not have any information
Here is the communication from bank "Bank of Baroda" against my complaint - BBPU[protected]
"Dear Customer, Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you! We have checked the disputed transaction and would like to inform that transaction is successful and amount has been remitted to the beneficiary bank. In case of dispute regarding delivery of good/ services, please take up with Merchant and if issue still persists, kindly lodge fresh complaint in correct category UPI ?Fund transfer to person/merchant(status/wrong fund) ?ACCOUNT DEBITED BUT GOODS AND SERVICES NOT RECEIVED FROM MERCHANT ? Submit with attachment of Merchant engagement/ response/ email copy to take up the matter with Beneficiary Bank. Thank you for banking with us"
I have been wronged for my amount of Rs 3144 as the order wasnt confirmed and failed to get refund of this amount from flipkart Was this information helpful? |
