[Resolved] Flipkart — money debited order but not placed | |||
Hi, I ordered a watch. The amount was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I called up to your customer service and he told me that due to some security reasons he is not allowed to tell me the mail id i used for the product to order. So far i know i have not used any mail id while ordering the product. I only mentioned my phone no. I also mentioned my alternative no. With the address. Your team is not at all helpfull and not at all responsive to my queries. I want my money back or else flipkart will be liable for this. Hoping for reply. Thanks and regards.
