[Resolved]  Flipkart — Money debited twice for the same product

My sister had placed an order for a cake tool set on 19 June 2021 on Flipkart.

I was the one who paid for her order.while at the time of payment, I tried to do it through net banking through my south Indian bank account but the order was not confirmed. Later on I tried using my debit card which was successful. But when I checked my transaction history, it's been shown that money has been debited twice from my account, ie rs.500(twice).

On raising the issue, the customer executive of Flipkart told me that their account has been credited only once for this transaction. later I called my bank and they verified that both the transaction are successful.

In spite of complaining with Flipkart their was no action . So kindly look into the matter and do the needed to the earliest to refund my 500 rupees which got debited twice for the same order

I ordered from flipkart .
I made payment through google pay through my sbi bank account but the order was not confirmed. Later on I tried again which was successful. But when I checked my transaction history, it's been shown that money has been debited twice from my account, ie rs.1120 (twice).

On raising the issue, the customer executive of Flipkart told me that their account has been credited only once for this transaction. later I called my bank and they verified that both the transaction are successful.

In spite of complaining with Flipkart their was no action . So kindly look into the matter and do the needed to the earliest to refund my 1120 rupees which got debited twice for the same order
