[Resolved]  Flipkart — money deducted but order not confirmed

I have tried to purchase the product on no cost emi so that they have given upfront interest of the interest charges by bank actual cost is rs 3499/- but after no cost emi upfront instant discount cost is 3360/-

While placing the order my transaction failed but money was deducted from my account i have contacted the bank they said they have already settled the amount and but you flipkart saying they didnot received the amount
