[Resolved]  Flipkart — Money deducted but order not placed for Lenovo K6 Power

I placed an order on 13 april 2017 from flipkart worth rs.9999. I submitted my debit card details and proceeded. After few minutes it gave me an error but the money was deducted from my bank account i contacted flipkart helpcentre but they told they haven't received the amount. While my bank statement shows money has been deducted and has been paid to flipkart.
