[Resolved] Flipkart — money deducted from account but no accountability by the company | |
I made an order on flipkart of 271/- which i cancelled later on so the amount of 271/- should have been transferred back via the same medium (Debit card) but it has been so mishandled. The money has not been transferred and despite i calling them many times still no resolution or accountability. The problem is that those guys are not providing me any sort of txn no. Or utr no so that i can trace back what has happened and every time it's like a new excuse. They keep saying that it has been transferred back via same medium but the money has not reached my end and i can't even raise a grievance at the bank because these guys are not providing a reference no as i said before.

You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell. | |
