Worst service experience with flipkart.
I have ordered some (3products in single order) products from flipkart i use 2 gift cards and paid rest amount by credit card for the order no. Od[protected]. Then after after 2 days i receive a message from flipkart 1 product is cancelled from seller side and refund will be done in giftcard. If the product is not available then i only use giftcards instead of paying partially by card after taking order they cancelled the order and providing refund in gift card. Then i call customer care and a guy name aman (Name told by him) call back and talk rudely and
Unprofessionally, was not willing to provide solution and when i asked to escalated the call he denied. He said do you know for which product you have paid by credit card. Are we refunding the same product. I made the partial payment by giftcard and credit card and they have not mention in the invoice also for which product they have taken credit card, then why their executive is asking for details.
