[Resolved] Flipkart — Money deducted without my knowledge | |||||
My credit card was debited by Flipkart with Rs.745 without my knowledge. As per my discussion with the Flipkart customer care their is no transaction ID for that particular amount.But i am not getting any further response from Flipkart about my complaint and they are saying my number is not reachable so they are closing the call.I have written to them but they are not replying to me they just need to make call to close this issue. I don't understand how come the amount will get detected without my knowledge from my credit card with no otp, no mail or message conformation. I am frustrated. kindly help me to get my money back. Mar 9, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved It was my fault that order was did by me on 1st feb. So thier was a little confusion because in statement its mentioned as 2 nd Feb. Finally its settled down.
