[Resolved] Flipkart — money has not been refunded to my account | |||
I have ordered a diwan sets from flipkart.com worth rs. 449 and 959 on 4th of june 2018. Because of quality issue i didn't like the product and cancelled it. The delivery boy has came to my doorstep and has taken back my diwan sets next day. On 6.06.2018, i got a message from flipkart.com saying that "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days" I waited till 12.06.2018 but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. Customer care is everytime asking to contact sbi and phone phone... When i contacted them theya re asking to check with flipkart.
